
Biography
Hanqing Zhao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is a member of the Digital Vision and Systems Laboratory (LVSN). His research focuses on developing robots capable of performing complex tasks while remaining resilient to failures and external disturbances.
He leverages machine learning, adaptive control, and advanced consensus techniques, such as multi-agent reinforcement learning, supervised learning, blockchain technologies, and Control Barrier Functions, to design robust robotic systems, particularly for decentralized multi-robot systems.
